LITERACY AT HOME

Climbing the Language Ladder - Live Now!

Literacy at Home is a quarterly video series dedicated to supporting families as they nurture language and literacy in everyday moments. Presented by Quill Model’s Director of Outreach and Development, Trisha Zyrowski, M.Ed., Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, this series makes literacy accessible and enjoyable, no matter where families are on their journey.

Strong literacy begins at home, and families play a powerful role in helping children build vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills. These short, engaging sessions are designed to give families practical guidance they can use right away, using the materials, routines, and interactions they already have. â€‹
